First off I'd like to say I think this is a great product and would tell anyone to get it. I use this in place of creatine, 2 to 3 scoops on an EMPTY stomach 1 hour before workout and BOOM you're good to go. Last April I tore my ACL and could not work out, during that time I lost 15 pounds and lots of strength. Around January I would try hitting the gym once in a while to get a feel for it but after losing so many months of training it was rather discouraging, I felt my strength was shot and I knew I had a lot of work to do to get back to where I was. In March I started taking NO-Xplode and by the end of April I was almost exactly where I was last year at this time, not in weight(yet) but in strength! I feel very good about my progress and am shocked on who fast I've bounced back after only taking NO-Xplode for roughly a month and a half.

I have been using the flavor lemonade frost now for almost 2 weeks. I have been going to the gym with more energy and more of a pump then ever before, and I find it hard to avoid going to the gym. The results have been phenomenal. Unlike other creatine supplements I had tried in the past, NO-Xplode did not instantly put on weight, with that weight being all water. Therefore, my gains in weight have been slower than other supplements but I can ensure that the couple or so pounds I have put on, along with good diet, have been good mass.

NO-EXPLODE is a great pre-workout supplement. It get me amped and ready for war with the weights. I stopped using it for 1 training week and could not finish most of my routines. I started using it again and added 5 to 10 lbs on each exercise. Its safe and it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!
